GOAL: We are looking for a highly capable Strategic Planning & Language Support Officer to support business planning initiatives, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide translation & documentation support in Korean \u2013 English \u2013 Vietnamese. This hybrid role requires both strategic thinking and strong language\/documentation skills to ensure effective communication and execution of business plans and cross-border collaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n


1. Strategic Planning Support:
<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–\u00a0 Designing and preparing materials (such as proposals and presentation slides) to work alongside the department head \/ director during partner engagement, contract finalization, and project implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–  Assist in the development of strategic plans, presentations, and proposals (business models, project roadmaps, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–  Conduct basic research, organize information, and summarize insights to support planning decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–  Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to align on project goals and strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–  Track key projects’ timelines, milestones, and deliverables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Translation & Communication:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–  Translate business documents and meeting content between Korean ↔ English ↔ Vietnamese with accuracy and clarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–  Interpret during meetings (online\/offline) with Korean partners or executives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–  Prepare bilingual documents, reports, contracts, or proposals for stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Other duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–  Support any strategic or operational tasks as required by the manager or leadership team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Korean Language, International Relations, or related fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–  Ability to effectively and logically search, categorize, and synthesize information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Strong aesthetic sense, with the ability to present information visually and design professional slides (preferably experienced with PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Knowledge and understanding of the Payment Industry is plus<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Active and aggressive performance – Driven activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–  Proficient in Korean (TOPIK 5+ or equivalent) and English (business level)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–  Good building strategic and action plan skill<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–  Good project management skill –  Good at documentation includes agreement, report, proposal<\/p>\n\n\n\n
