This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process (70%) and supporting employee onboarding activities (30%) to ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recruitment (70%)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\u2019 skills and cultural fit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Onboarding (30%)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including document collection and system setup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare welcome kits, workplace arrangements, and system access for new employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the point of contact for new hires during their first weeks to ensure smooth integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather feedback from new employees and suggest improvements for the onboarding process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u20133 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or related roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking systems is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High accountability and quality-oriented mindset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication and documentation skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Task prioritization and time management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English communication at intermediate level or higher<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WORKING LOCATION: Friendship Tower, 31 Le Duan, HCMC<\/strong><br><strong>WORKING TIME:<\/strong>\u00a0Monday \u2013 Friday &amp; 9:00 AM \u2013 6:00 PM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONTACT US<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Phuong Lai &#8211; HR Team \u2013 Email: phuong.lt@alli-ex.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alli-ex.com\/?p=8974\"><img width=\"300\" height=\"193\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alli-ex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/tuyen-dung.png\" class=\"alignleft tfe wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><p>OVERVIEW: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment &amp; Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team.
