Sourcing and Purchase:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Purchase goods and services related to POS and PC POS sectors with the most competitive price, best quality and best contract terms.<\/li>\r\n<li>Ensure to meet cost savings, delivery schedule and supplier performance targets.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><em><strong>2. Management of Contracts and Purchase Orders:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Follow up the contract implementation, update implementation progress and delivery schedule;<\/li>\r\n<li>Make fund schedule and payment requests relating to contract implementation;<\/li>\r\n<li>Monitor contract period and process Contract renewal or termination procedures if necessary;<\/li>\r\n<li>Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues related to orders and Contracts;<\/li>\r\n<li>Filing and arrange data, documents related to the Contract and Purchase Orders;<\/li>\r\n<li>Other tasks assigned by Managers and BOD.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><em><strong>3.
