Debt Collection Management<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor and manage the list of clients with upcoming payment deadlines.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contact clients via phone, SMS, or other approved channels to remind them of payments.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Negotiate payment plans and solutions with delinquent or overdue clients.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Update debt recovery results and statuses accurately in the system.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"3\">\r\n<li><b> Data Management &amp; Reporting<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain comprehensive and precise client information within the CRM system.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare routine reports on advisory outcomes, disbursement rates, and collection performance.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure strict adherence to all company workflows, policies, and regulatory standards.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"4\">\r\n<li><b> Customer Relationship Management<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resolve client inquiries and complaints regarding their financial accounts promptly.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enhance customer experience throughout the entire product lifecycle.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Education: Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance, Banking, or related fields.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer finance.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent communication and persuasion skills.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong objection-handling and negotiation capabilities.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Effective time management skills.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficient in standard office software and skilled in leveraging AI tools to optimize productivity.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>WORKING LOCATION: <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>HCM: Cobi Tower 2, Hoang Van Thai, Tan My Ward<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Hanoi: Keangnam Landmark 72, Pham Hung, Yen Hoa Ward<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>WORKING TIME:<\/strong>\u00a0Monday \u2013 Friday &amp;
