products and offerings.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recommend continuous improvements to enhance product competitiveness.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"3\">\r\n<li><b> Product Performance Analysis<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics post-launch.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including: Application Conversion Rate, Approval Rate, Successful Disbursement\/Fulfillment Rate, Product Portfolio Growth, Delinquency Control, and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Control.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Propose data-driven solutions to optimize business efficiency and profitability.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"4\">\r\n<li><b> Product Project Management<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate cross-functionally with Risk, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and IT departments to implement and launch products.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Track project timelines and resolve arising issues promptly.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure products meet all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Korean Native is mandatory<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Education:<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor\u2019s Degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience: 2\u20135 years of experience as a Product Specialist, Business Analyst, or in Product Development within the financial sector.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deep understanding of credit products, lending, and the Fintech ecosystem.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong data analysis capabilities and a product-oriented mindset.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Project management skills.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficiency in market research and analysis.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficient in standard office software and skilled in leveraging AI tools to optimize productivity.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>WORKING LOCATION: <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>HCM: Cobi Tower 2, Hoang Van Thai, Tan My Ward<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>WORKING TIME:<\/strong>\u00a0Monday \u2013 Friday &amp;
