Admin Officer cum Receptionist (Korean Speaking)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Admin tasks:

  • Manage current suppliers for all activities in the company
  • Find and evaluate new suppliers to purchase products and services for all activities in the company to get the best prices
  • Review and revise contracts, negotiate prices and contracts to obtain the best terms and conditions
  • Be responsible for conducting day-to-day office operations including office supplies and equipment, administration, communications and coordination
  • Make payment requests relating to all contract implementation
  • Handle all tasks related to Expats/Foreigners such as Visa, Work Permit, Apartment,…

2. Reception:

  • Greet visitors and direct to desired contacts, prepare drinks for BOD and visitors
  • Answer phone calls, connect calls to respective person, update phone list
  • Manage and arrange meeting rooms, conference rooms
  • Receive and deliver incoming and out-going mails

3. Other work assigned by GA Manager and BOD

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred majors: Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Receptionist/Admin Executive position or equal positions –
  • Good command of Korean. Basic in English
  • Knowledge in purchasing & negotiation to have the best prices and best quality in purchasing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Highly responsible, trustworthy, result-oriented and excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, multi-tasking
  • Work under high pressure, quickly adapt to changes
  • Good organization, planning and time management skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skill

     

    WORKING LOCATION: Cibi Tower 2, Tan My Ward, District 7, HCMC
    WORKING TIME: Monday – Friday & 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
