IT Operation Officer (Shift Work) (24*7*365)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Common
    • IT Service Monitoring through monitoring system
    • Monitoring data backup through backup system and batch jobs through job scheduler
    • Incident Initial Solving and Escalation to next level of support
    • Operational Reporting during own shift hour

     

    1. Shift
    • Managing and training IT operators in own shift team
    • Ensuring Operational Reporting exactly during own shift hour
    • Forward the Operational Reporting to next shift team and stakeholders.
    • Make a conference call with stakeholders according to incident level
    • Incident Manager in own shift team
    • Proactively monitor signs of incidents may be caused and solve them initially
    • Ensure effective and efficient Management of day-to-day Data center Operations
    • Ensure Data Center is compliant with physical security & safety policies and procedures

 

– Bachelor degree and above

 

Experience:

      • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT shift operators
      • Experience in IT Service Monitoring (through monitoring system
      • Experience in Monitoring data backup through backup system
      • Experience in Monitoring batch jobs through job scheduler
      • Experience in Monitoring abnormal activities through CCTV in Data Center
      • Experience in Incident Initial Solving and Escalating to next level of support
      • Detect Incident and decide the level of incident.

WORKING LOCATION: Keangnam Landmark 72, Pham Hung, Yen Hoa, Hanoi
WORKING TIME:

Day Shift:    08:00 ~ 17:00 (1hour break)

Night Shift:  14:00 ~ 23:00 (1hour break)

Working on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
