Sales Support Leader

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage all business support and sales administration activities for the Sales Support, ensuring data accuracy and system effectiveness.
  • Oversee the administration of sales data, information systems, contracts, orders, and partner coordination.
  • Supervise the preparation of letters, memos, reports, filing, and general administrative tasks for the Sales Support
  • Act as the main coordination point between the Sales Support and other departments to handle authorized issues effectively.
  • Monitor, consolidate, and analyze sales data; manage partner orders, follow up order status, and provide insights or recommendations to management.
  • Ensure proper documentation management, including producing, maintaining, and distributing files to relevant departments and stakeholders when required.
  • Review and validate weekly and monthly sales reports for the sales team, banks, and Board of Directors (BOD).
  • Develop, standardize, and continuously improve business support processes, templates, and standard forms used on site and in the office.
  • Ensure all sales documentation, office records, and site journals are accurate, updated, and compliant with company standards.
  • Guide and ensure the Sales Team complies with company policies, procedures, and internal regulations at all times.
  • Proactively propose ideas and initiatives to improve operational efficiency, support business performance, and enhance the company’s reputation.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance support to Sales.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager and BOD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  •  Bachelor’s Degree or above.

  • Minimum 05 years of relevant working experience, including experience in Sales Administration, Business Support, Project Management, or related roles; leadership or supervisory experience is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).

  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

  • Strong coordination, leadership, and process improvement mindset.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good knowledge in Sales Support process
  • Work will under high pressure and strict deadlines
  • Good in English
  • Communication skill
  • Very good in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Team-work

 

WORKING LOCATION: Cobi Tower 2, Tan My Ward, District 7, HCMC
WORKING TIME: Monday – Friday & 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
