Sales Support Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Sales team by administering the sales data and information system;
  • Producing letters, memos, reports, filing; and general administration for the Sales team
  • Coordinate with other departments, be contact point to handle all issues of Sales team in authorized;
  • Summary the information of sales, manage the order of partners, follow orders and raise the comment;
  • Produce and maintain files, distribute copies to other departments and relevant clients if needed;
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for bank sales team and BOD;
  • Produce/amend standard forms for use on site and in the office to assist the sales team. Ensure that all documentation in office and copy of the site journal is up to date;
  • Instruct the Sales Team at all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions;
  • Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas;
  • Other task assigned by Line Manager and BOD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree and above with at least 2 years of working experience as Sales Admin/ Business Support/ Project Management or related experience;
  • Excellent in English
  • Ability to multitask and priorities tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Well-developed organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional discretion

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good knowledge in Sales Support process
  • Work will under high pressure and strict deadlines
  • Good in English
  • Communication skill
  • Very good in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Team-work

 

WORKING LOCATION: Cobi Tower 2, Tan My Ward, District 7, HCMC
WORKING TIME: Monday – Friday & 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
