Purchasing Staff

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sourcing and Purchase:

  • Purchase goods and services related to POS and PC POS sectors with the most competitive price, best quality and best contract terms.
  • Ensure to meet cost savings, delivery schedule and supplier performance targets.
  • Control warehouse operation (stock in- stock out) and inventory management.

2. Management of Contracts and Purchase Orders:

  • Follow up the contract implementation, update implementation progress and delivery schedule;
  • Make fund schedule and payment requests relating to contract implementation;
  • Monitor contract period and process Contract renewal or termination procedures if necessary;
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues related to orders and Contracts;
  • Filing and arrange data, documents related to the Contract and Purchase Orders;
  • Other tasks assigned by Managers and BOD.

3. Warehouse Management:

  • Control warehouse operations including stock-in, stock-out, inventory and storage.
  • Make monthly and quarterly inventory reports.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree and above with at least 3 years of experiences in purchasing and procurement, or equivalent positions (purchasing experiences related to IT and POS field is a plus.
  • Experience in sourcing and contract management.
  • Experience in solving issues related to orders and contracts.
  • Good command of English and proficient with Word, Excel.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good planning, be proactive and multi-tasking.

     

    WORKING LOCATION: Cobi Tower 2, Tan My Ward, District 7, HCMC
    WORKING TIME: Monday – Friday & 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
