Financial Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Products Advisory & Support

• Receive client inquiries and advise them on suitable financial products.
• Guide clients through the application and documentation process.
• Collect, review, and verify client information and financial backgrounds.
• Monitor application processing progress through to successful disbursement.

2. Portfolio & Debt Collection Management

• Monitor and manage the list of clients with upcoming payment deadlines.
• Contact clients via phone, SMS, or other approved channels to remind them of payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and solutions with delinquent or overdue clients.
• Update debt recovery results and statuses accurately in the system.

3. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive and precise client information within the CRM system.
• Prepare routine reports on advisory outcomes, disbursement rates, and collection performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to all company workflows, policies, and regulatory standards.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints regarding their financial accounts promptly.
• Enhance customer experience throughout the entire product lifecycle.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer finance.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation capabilities.
• Effective time management skills.
• Proficient in standard office software and skilled in leveraging AI tools to optimize productivity.

WORKING LOCATION:

• HCM: Cobi Tower 2, Hoang Van Thai, Tan My Ward
• Hanoi: Keangnam Landmark 72, Pham Hung, Yen Hoa Ward

WORKING TIME: Monday – Friday & 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
