JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Development
- Design and construct new financial products and solutions.
- Propose product structures, credit limits, interest rates, and applicable policies.
- Collaborate in building product operational workflows and policies.
- Market Research
- Analyze customer needs, behavior, and emerging market trends.
- Benchmark and monitor competitors’ products and offerings.
- Recommend continuous improvements to enhance product competitiveness.
- Product Performance Analysis
- Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics post-launch.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including: Application Conversion Rate, Approval Rate, Successful Disbursement/Fulfillment Rate, Product Portfolio Growth, Delinquency Control, and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Control.
- Propose data-driven solutions to optimize business efficiency and profitability.
- Product Project Management
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Risk, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and IT departments to implement and launch products.
- Track project timelines and resolve arising issues promptly.
- Ensure products meet all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Korean Native is mandatory
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Product Specialist, Business Analyst, or in Product Development within the financial sector.
- Deep understanding of credit products, lending, and the Fintech ecosystem.
- Strong data analysis capabilities and a product-oriented mindset.
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis.
- Proficient in standard office software and skilled in leveraging AI tools to optimize productivity.
WORKING LOCATION:
- HCM: Cobi Tower 2, Hoang Van Thai, Tan My Ward
WORKING TIME: Monday – Friday & 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
