General HR Officer (Focusing on Recruitment)

OVERVIEW: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process (70%) and supporting employee onboarding activities (30%) to ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment (70%)

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Onboarding (30%)
  • Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including document collection and system setup.
  • Organize and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Prepare welcome kits, workplace arrangements, and system access for new employees.
  • Act as the point of contact for new hires during their first weeks to ensure smooth integration.
  • Gather feedback from new employees and suggest improvements for the onboarding process.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.

WORKING LOCATION: Friendship Tower, 31 Le Duan, HCMC
WORKING TIME: Monday – Friday & 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
