GOAL: Responsible for Alliex’s merchant care services by answering incoming calls from Alliex’s merchants, receive merchants’ complaint & feedback, improve quality of Alliex’s services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install POS machine to merchants
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Training to customers
- Identify and escalate issues to line manager
- Inform to related Department/ Partners to solve merchant’s problem
- Complete call logs and reports – Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
– Bachelor degree and above
Experience:
- At least 01 year of experiences of callcenter or merchant care services.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic Knowledge card payment industry
- Communication skill
- MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Team-work
- Being honest
- Maintaining confidence and trust
- Following the rules
- Conduct yourself in proper manner
- Treat others members fairy
- Loyalty to company and vendors

WORKING LOCATION: Keangnam Landmark 72, Pham Hung, Yen Hoa, Hanoi
WORKING TIME: Monday – Friday & 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
