I. Job Description
Department: Accounting/Management Support
Role: Chief Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Main duties
- Build-up & manage accounting control system to ensure the accounting jobs of company in compliance with the accounting principles & government law and respond to issue financial & internal reports accurately, timely and sufficiently.
- Control budget & cash flow to save cost and increase productivity.
- Review and improve accounting and operating procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures.
- Manage & eliminate cash flow, payment, tax risk…
- Work with tax consulting agencies for all questions relate to business, contract or a specific operation.
- Working with System Company for Import Function and all other reports required and Implement all processes, focus in business and management.
- Work with Bank, other department for setting up new stores comply with Group Policy.
- Produce and training process, policy to new staff for new stores to ensure the records are accurate.
- Training to staffs well acknowledge, supervise staff in other additional issue.
- Support other department with all works new store that require accountant competencies.
2.Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
- Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.
3.Other duties
- Any reports & tasks are assigned by BOD.
II. Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- University graduated, major in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 3 years experience as Chief Accountant in foreign companies, having experience working for Fintech company is preferable
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Knowledge of Vietnamese financial law including tax legislation.
- Good at one of languages: English; Korean; Japanese skills (both written and verbal).
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Work well under high pressure and strict deadlines.
- Strong presentation, communication, inter-personal and reporting skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Good analytical thinking.
