JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, develop, and expand a network of business partners in retail, service sectors, etc., to implement the company’s payment solutions (POS, QR code, installment services, etc.).
- Monitor and manage the P&L accountability for the business unit.
- Actively approach and introduce company products/services, with a strong ability to persuade partners to adopt them.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment for new partners.
- Monitor and report on business performance, contribute ideas to improve products, sales policies, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication, support, and account servicing.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to propose appropriate business expansion plans.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College or University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in client-facing roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability.
- Founder background is a plus.
- GTM skill/ 0-1 skill.
- Understanding IPS, Fintech and Lending products.
WORKING LOCATION: District 1, HCMC
WORKING TIME: Monday – Friday & 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
