Java Back-end Developer
Area of Focus: API development, System stability, Back-office improvement.
OVERVIEW: As a Java Back-end Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining backend services to ensure system stability and scalability. You will develop and manage APIs that connect with external and also support internal company’s services. This role involves close collaboration with frontend developers, QA, and system architects to deliver high-quality backend solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for Backoffice and loan management systems
- Manage large amount of transactions smoothly
- Ensure service reliability, scalability, and security through robust backend architecture
- Integrate with third-party APIs and internal services
- Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of backend services
- Optimize application performance and database queries (Oracle SQL)
- Collaborate with the frontend team for smooth API integration
- Contribute to system documentation, testing, and release processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
– Bachelor degree and above
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in respective role
- Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST API, Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, system integration
- Experience in financial systems, fintech platforms, or Backoffice tools is a plus
- Understanding of loan product workflows and operational systems is advantageous
- Familiarity with version control tools (SVN, Git) and agile development practices
- Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting

WORKING TIME: Monday – Friday & 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
